All parts (except the nipple) withstand dishwasher cleaning. The nipple should be sterilized by scalding:
1. Put the nipple in a clean bowl and pour boiling water over it
2. Let it soak for approx. 5 min
3. Pick it up and let it dry on a clean towel

Yes. It’s great for babies with colic, as it includes an anti-colic valve. This reduces the amount of air that your baby can swallow while feeding – a common problem with some bottles, and a known cause of discomfort.

Because BIBS nipples are made of natural latex, they’re much softer than standard silicone nipples, but they do need to be replaced every 4-6 weeks.

The BIBS Baby Glass Bottle comes in 225ml (8.1 fl oz). The package includes a breast-like nipple and anti-colic valve, and is made from high-quality borosilicate glass.

100% borosilicate glass, a very strong type of thermal glass. It won’t get too hot if you use boiled water to make bottles. 

And you can freeze it, ideal for use with expressed breast milk. It won’t leach chemicals into your baby’s milk like plastic bottles can, and is stronger than many other glass baby bottles.

Natural rubber latex. Soft and comfortable in your baby’s mouth, it’s flexible and feels as close to the breast as possible. 

Many bottle nipples are made of silicone, a tougher, manmade material that some babies struggle with.

The bottle and other components (except the nipple) are dishwasher safe. This should be sterilized with boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Yes. It’s made of tough borosilicate glass, which is unlikely to break or become damaged. Unlike some plastic bottles, it won’t leach potentially harmful microplastics into your baby’s milk.
