We know how important it is that you get your baby’s formula on time. So here’s everything you need to know about shipping. Including when to expect your order, and how it’s sent.
Shipping costs
Every order for 3-packs or bigger is shipped FREE. Orders of 1- or 2-packs are shipped for $9.99.
Same day shipping
If ordered Monday to Friday before 1pm CET, your order will be despatched same day. After 1pm CET, or on the weekend, we’ll despatch the next business day.
Shipping times are 2-5 business days (Please note, that delivery can occasionally take up to 10 days due to customs procedures).
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide – including the US, Canada and Europe. Shipping times and prices apply everywhere.
Handled with care
We ship from our own warehouse in the Netherlands. And we only use trusted carriers – PostNL, UPS, DHL and FedEx. You’ll get the best carrier for your package (depending on size and where you live)
